By registering a minor for a G3 program, camp, event, or activity, the parent or guardian gives permission for the minor to participate unless otherwise stated in writing.

If a minor is participating in a G3 program, camp, or event, the parent or guardian authorizes G3 staff, leaders, or approved representatives to contact the emergency contact provided.

If the parent, guardian, or emergency contact cannot be reached, the parent or guardian authorizes G3 to seek emergency medical care for the minor if reasonably necessary.

Some G3 services, programs, events, camps, or products may require payment.

All payment information must be accurate, complete, and current. By submitting payment, you authorize the approved payment processor to charge the selected payment method for the amount shown at checkout or on the payment page.

If you have a concern about a payment, please contact G3 directly before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank or credit card company.

A chargeback or disputed payment may result in cancellation of registration, access, or participation.

G3 is committed to creating a respectful, safe, and community-centered environment.

Participants, parents, guests, and visitors agree not to engage in behavior that is unsafe, threatening, disrespectful, abusive, discriminatory, disruptive, inappropriate, unlawful, or harmful to others.

G3 reserves the right to remove or dismiss any participant, parent, guest, or visitor who violates these expectations or creates a safety concern.

No refund will be issued if someone is removed or dismissed due to behavior, misconduct, or violation of G3 expectations.

Students participating in G3 youth programs, camps, or events are expected to respect staff, leaders, volunteers, other students, property, and program guidelines.

G3 may contact a parent or guardian, limit participation, or dismiss a student if behavior is unsafe, harmful, disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate.

For youth programs, camps, or events, minors may only be released to a parent, guardian, or authorized pickup person listed during registration unless G3 receives written permission from the parent or guardian.

The parent or guardian is responsible for keeping pickup information accurate and current.

By participating in G3 services, programs, camps, fitness activities, events, or related activities, you understand and accept that participation may involve risk.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, you agree to release, hold harmless, and indemnify G3 Health Club, its owners, staff, leaders, coaches, instructors, volunteers, contractors, affiliates, partners, and representatives from claims, damages, injuries, losses, expenses, or liability arising out of participation in G3 services or use of the website.

For minors, the parent or legal guardian agrees to this waiver and release on behalf of the participating minor.

G3 works to provide meaningful, safe, excellent, and community-centered services. However, G3 does not guarantee any specific fitness result, health result, personal outcome, spiritual outcome, transformation, experience, or achievement from participation.

All website content, logos, graphics, photos, videos, text, program materials, brand materials, and other content are owned by or licensed to G3 unless otherwise stated.
