Membership Agreement
G3 Health Club Membership AgreementMonthly Membership Fee
Your monthly membership fee is billed to the payment card on file on or around the 17th of each month, beginning on your join date, until you cancel in accordance with this agreement. Your first month is prorated from the day you join.
Membership Minimum Term
Your plan carries a minimum term (up to 12 months) running consecutively from the date of this agreement. Your account is billed for a minimum of that many months and continues month-to-month thereafter.
Charges and Taxes
G3 Health Club reserves the right to add any applicable government-imposed taxes, utility charges, or facility-related surcharges to your dues.
Right to Increase Dues on 30-Day Notice
G3 Health Club may increase membership fees at any time upon providing 30 days' written notice to the member.
Cancelling Your Membership
Standard cancellation: to stop monthly billing, your cancellation must be submitted by the 10th of the month. Cancel on or before the 10th and billing stops that month. Cancel after the 10th and one final charge posts on the 17th, after which the membership ends.
Early buyout: cancelling a minimum-term membership early — except for legally protected reasons — incurs a $58.00 buyout fee.
Payment Authorization
I authorize G3 Health Club to charge my payment card for all dues and fees. If a payment is declined, a service fee of up to $25.00 may be assessed per attempt. Debit and credit cards are accepted.
Cosigner (Members Under 18)
A parent or guardian cosigner agrees to be financially responsible for all obligations of the member named above, acknowledges the accuracy of the account information provided, and agrees to hold harmless G3 Health Club from any claims brought by the member.
Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability
I acknowledge that use of G3 Health Club facilities involves inherent risks of minor or major injury, including death. I voluntarily accept full responsibility for these risks and release G3 Health Club, its employees, and affiliates from all liability resulting from negligent acts or omissions.
Purchaser's Notice and Right to Cancel
NOTICE: You may cancel this contract without any penalty or further obligation within three (3) business days from this date.
Texas law: if the club closes or moves more than 10 miles away, you may cancel via certified mail. Membership may also be cancelled by the member or their estate in the event of death or permanent disability.
Membership — General
Membership is personal and non-transferable by the member. G3 Health Club reserves the right to transfer or assign this agreement to another party.
Non-Discrimination
G3 Health Club provides a harassment-free environment regardless of race, religion, sex, or sexual orientation. Members have access to facilities consistent with their sincerely held self-reported gender identity.
Rules and Regulations
Members must comply with all posted rules, including cleaning equipment after use and avoiding intimidating behavior. G3 Health Club may change its rules at any time.
Dress Code
Safe and appropriate gym attire is required. Prohibited: jeans, open-toed shoes, shirtless or pantless attire, and clothing deemed revealing or offensive.
Entire Agreement
This document represents the entire agreement between the parties. If any provision is found invalid, the remainder remains in full force.
Do not sign until you have read all of it.

Billing, Pauses & Cancellations
When am I billed?
On or around the 17th of every month. Your first month is prorated from your join date, so you only pay for the days you have.
Can I pause my membership?
Yes — freeze for 1 to 3 months from your member dashboard. Your minimum term extends by the length of the freeze.
How do I cancel?
Cancel any time from your dashboard. Submit by the 10th and billing stops that month; after the 10th, one more charge posts on the 17th. Minimum-term cancellations incur the $58 buyout.
